Basic
This package consists of the following psychometric assessments:
- Personality Assessment- The purpose of this assessment is to identify the learner/ students’ unique personality type. By means of this assessment, the learners’ personality type, can then be paired with possible occupations which will compliment and “fit” with that person’s specific personality type.
- Aptitude Test- General Intellectual Abilities- This assessment provides information on the learners’ specific intellectual abilities. Aptitude is the potential a person has, which will enable him or her to achieve a certain level of ability, with a given amount of training.
- Interest Assessment- The purpose of the assessment is to offer the client information on their particular career interest. This assessment will thus illustrate to the client the kinds of jobs in which they might be comfortable.
Administration time for this assessment is 4 hours. Each individual works at their own pace and testing times may thus vary.
Each learner/ student will receive:
- a complete written report (within 7 days from assessment date)
- a feedback session with the learner and their parents (30 min)

Comprehensive
- Personality Assessment- Same as in the Basic option
- Aptitude Test- General Intellectual Abilities- Same as in the Basic option
- Interest Questionnaire- Same as in the Basic option
PLUS +
- Interest Assessment- Detailed interest assessment providing comprehensive information about the learners’ specific interests into the career world.
- Results based recommendations will be made to the learner- highlighting different study programmes (different institutions) and career options, as well as subjects’ needed and other requirements in order to pursue a particular career field.
Administration time for this assessment is 5 hours. Each individual works at their own pace and testing times may thus vary.

- a complete written report (within 7 days from the assessment date)
- a feedback session with learner and their parents (1 hour)

Exclusive

PLUS +
- Interest Assessment- Detailed interest assessment providing comprehensive information about the learners’ specific interests into the career world.
- Study and Exam Preparation Assessment- By means of this assessment, the learner will obtain information regarding the unique study methods, which will complement the specific individuals’ personality type best. The learner can thus then focus on implementing study methods much more effectively, which can help with reducing study time and improving overall marks.
- Assessment of Emotional and Social functioning- This assessment is strength-based and highlights areas of positive functioning as well as areas for development. This particular assessment is useful in emphasizing to the individual the specific strengths needed for academic, social and personal success.
- Results based recommendations will be made to the learner- highlighting different study programmes (different institutions) and career options, as well as subjects’ needed and other requirements in order to pursue a particular career field.
Administration time for this assessment is 6 ½ hours. Each individual works at their own pace and testing times may thus vary.
